ClubRare DAO is a membership DAO for AGOV holders that engages in governance related to Phygital NFT accelerating and ClubRare Universe development.

ClubRare DAO’s decision-making authority includes:

• Phygital NFT accelerating through treasury grants

• Partner discovery, partner sponsorship, rewards and incentives design based on the revenue and partnership, etc.

• Activities to enhance AGOV Token Economy, including DeFi, airdrop, and buybacks

• Policy determination for managing tokens and NFTs in the Treasury wallet

ClubRare DAO Membership

1) Before the launch of AGOV ETH-KCT Bridge

Only the ClubRare DAO holders who have verified their wallets through the DAO Tool can participate.

ClubRare DAO User Eligibility:

• A personal wallet with a balance of 10,000+ AGOV (KCT) at the snapshot period

• A wallet previously participated in ClubRare DeFi

• A wallet holding KlaySwap LP tokens

A dedicated NFT for ClubRare DAO participation will be provided to the wallet that meets the above condition(s). The NFTs provided are designed for ClubRare DAO participation. The wallet holders can use them for other purposes in the future, but we do not guarantee any value other than the purpose intended.

2) After the launch of AGOV ETH-KCT Bridge

• AGOV Scout A wallet with a balance of 10,000+ AGOV

• AGOV Pilot A wallet with the balance of 500,000+ AGOV or 1+ Lazy Leo Club NFT

• AGOV Partner A person of influence who will drive ClubRare DAO’s value creation. This primarily includes Phygital NFT creators. This role can also be granted to large holders of Lazy Leo Club NFT. The applicant must donate an agreed upon amount to the ClubRare Treasury wallet.

• AGOV Supporter A trusted member who has volunteered to help manage the DAO operations.

Roles & Responsibilities of each ClubRare DAO Membership Type

1) Before the launch of AGOV ETH-KCT Bridge

ClubRare DAO members can vote to decide on Phygital NFT matters.

• The members will have the right to participate in customizing ClubRare sneakers at NFT.NYC in June.

• A new Phygital NFT customization project would follow it, and the members will have the right to participate.

• Before applying the fully-automated voting system using a DAO Tool, the members will participate in with an alternative voting method.

2) After the launch of AGOV ETH-KCT Bridge

AGOV Scout

• Participate in the basic ClubRare DAO activities.

• Gain rewards based on contribution.

• Decision-making votes are equal to AGOV token holding balance.

AGOV Pilot

• Participate in all ClubRare DAO activities, including creating and executing new voting agendas.

• Gain rewards based on contribution.

• Gain profit-share from Phygital NFT partners.

• Decision-making votes are equal to AGOV token holding balance.

• Final authority on Phygital NFT matters and providing support to creators.

• Final authority on DeFi matters and conducting buybacks, reward structures, etc.

• Decision-making authority equal to each member’s AGOV token balance will be granted in each vote.

AGOV Partner

• Can receive direct sponsorship from the DAO.

  • DAO will contribute decision-making and guidance to the creator’s products.

  • The entire product process must be transparently disclosed to ClubRare DAO members.

  • The Phygital NFT is auctioned at ClubRare Marketplace.

  • The auction profit, transaction fee, and all other sums will be distributed between the Partner and ClubRare DAO Treasury Wallet according to the ratio specified in the signed contract.

AGOV Supporter

• AGOV Supporters are members who volunteer to help operate ClubRare DAO through logistics support and operations.
