LLC Special Round (2nd MPWR Migration)
ClubRare is pleased to announce our final round of token migration, LLC Special Round (2nd MPWR Migration).
We will carry out the final round of MPWR migration exclusive for LLC holders, including 21 OG members holding legendary-tiered LLCs and 94 new LLC holders who became part of the LLC membership through the ILO.
In the future, there will be no further large-scale MPWR reward payments like this. All future MPWR rewards/airdrops will be carried out on much smaller scales. Therefore, this LLC Special Round will be the “last chance” to acquire MPWR, which is ClubRare’s utility token as well as ClubRare Metaverse’s core token, exclusively offered to 115 LLC holders who have long been waiting for the implementation of the LLC roadmap.
Benefits
This LLC Special Round is the final round of MPWR migration exclusive for LLC holders.
LLC holders participating in this LLC Special Round will receive MPWR rewards equivalent to the ETH participating in the lock-up staking. In other words, participants of this round will receive MPWR tokens equivalent to the amount of ETH supplied in the MPWR-ETH liquidity pool. For further details, please refer to the detailed policies below.
Remarks
Participants of this migration round do not need to prepare MPWR tokens to participate.
All LLC holders can directly participate in this migration without a separate application process (No snapshot or no Google application form submission required)
Participants of this round will have the preferential right to use the KCT → ETH Network Bridge service as a tester after the launch.
Example)
If an LLC holder supplies 2 ETH to the liquidity pool, the system will automatically supply MPWR(ETH) tokens equivalent to 2 ETH. If the holder unstakes the tokens from the liquidity pool after the lock-up staking period is over, the holder can receive the staked ETH and the MPWR tokens provided by the system.
LLC Special Round is the final step of the MPWR migration as well as the entire ClubRare migration journey. From mid-October, ClubRare will implement our global expansion plans sequentially, which will be started in earnest as soon as the migration is completed.
[Detailed Policies]
MPWR Migration (LLC Round) Participation Process
Participants will stake their LLC NFT and ETH in their wallets.
Once the lock-up staking period is over, participants can unstake their LLC NFT and claim their MPWR/ETH LP NFT and ETH rewards to their wallet connected upon participation. - The amount of MPWR and ETH removed from the liquidity pool is subject to change due to the liquidity pool’s impermanent loss.
Migration Rewards
ETH rewards equivalent to 15% APR (The APR is subject to change depending on the market situation)
MPWR rewards (The system will calculate the amount of MPWR required to participate in the MPWR-ETH LP. The participants will receive the staked ETH and the equivalent amount of MPWR rewards in the form of an MPWR-ETH LP NFT.)

Migration Schedule -09:00 EST on October 13 - 09:00 EST on October 20, 2022 (Snapshot is not required in this migration round.)
Lock-up Staking Period -180 days (LLC holders who provide liquidity to the MPWR-ETH pair during this round will not be able to remove the liquidity they have supplied for 180 days.)
Recommendations based on the Purpose of Migration -Holders do not need to swap all their assets to the ETH network in this migration process. Participants of the LLC Special Round have the preferential right to use the Bridge service after the launch, so we highly recommend migrating the remaining tokens at that time.
Precaution -We are not selecting whitelists for this migration round. -Metamask (Ethereum) wallet address holding LLC NFT and ETH is required to participate in the LP lock-up staking. -When participants stake ETH, the ETH and the equivalent amount of MPWR rewards will be supplied to the MPWR-ETH liquidity pool. Once the lock-up staking period is over, the participants will receive the staked ETH and MPWR rewards in the form of an MPWR-ETH LP NFT. -The amount of MPWR and ETH linked to the MPWR-ETH LP NFT may differ slightly from the initial amount at the time of staking, depending on the MPWR-ETH pool situation.
